Lindmark Engineering has been intimately involved in all aspects of underground storage tank programs since the firm's inception in 1987. We are acknowledged tank experts, ready to help our clients with everything from compliance upgrades to complete design and engineering of new, state-of-the-art turnkey storage tank systems, whether underground or aboveground. We have carried out a wide variety of underground and aboveground tank projects involving chemicals, fuels, oil, water, and oil/water separators.

Our goal in every tank-related job we do is to design a solution meant to prevent future contamination problems and costs associated with leaking tanks, piping systems, and containment structures. We start with a thorough analysis of our client's current and future needs, as related to that client's tank systems. Then we compare the results of our analysis to current and forthcoming regulatory requirements, recommending the best solution for the client in terms of regulatory compliance, cost, and long-term benefits.

Our tank services include retrofitting and protection of existing single-walled tanks and piping systems by using overfill protection manholes, pressure shut-off and monitoring systems, cathodic protection, and lining. We also handle additional services for existing or new tank systems including design and engineering, permitting, pumps, piping, process controls, installation, cleaning, decommissioning, and containment.
